Travis Kelce explains the serious threat of being tasered during the latest White House appearance
After the Chiefs won their second successive ring against the San Francisco 49ers in Las Vegas, their trip to the White House was to be scheduled.
Traditionally, the Super Bowl winners are awarded an invite to the iconic White House and their victory is commemorated.
In 2023, when President Biden’s back was turned on stage, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end tried to sneak a word into the microphone.
The Secret Service was not pleased with the comical attempt by Kelce last year and made their feelings very clear to the nine-time Pro Bowler.
On the weekend, Joe Biden invited Kelce onto the stage to share a few words.
The seven-time All-Pro announced: “My fellow Americans, it’s nice to see you all yet again.
“I’m not going to lie, President Biden, they told me if I came back up here I’d get tased, so I’m going to go back to my spot.”
Travis Kelce explained upon his arrival that President Biden’s closest protection made the very serious threat that he could be tased.
