Ed Sheeran reviewed Taylor Swift’s Tortured Poets Department but left out Jack Antonoff.

Speaking to ExtraTV at the Los Angeles Dodgers Gala, Sheeran shared his review of the album. He specifically shouted out Dessner, who was a producer alongside Antonoff.

“It’s great, I think it’s great,” Sheeran said of the album. “I always love the work that she does with Aaron. I think it’s a very powerful album.”

Noticeably, Sheeran only shouted out Dessner and not Antonoff. Perhaps he is just closer to Dessner or prefers his music over what Swift has done with Antonoff.

Jack Antonoff largely produced and co-wrote the songs on The Tortured Poets Department. He was credited as a producer on 12 of the 16 songs (along with Swift herself). Dessner, on the other hand, was only credited as a producer five times, including once with both Swift and Antonoff.

However, the Anthology edition of the album was a different story. While Antonoff still produced a handful of songs, Dessner largely made up the tracks. Out of the 15 extra songs, Dessner was credited on 12 of them.
